Meeting Room, Classroom and Kitchen   £40 for the first 3 hours, £10 per hour thereafter
Meeting Room and Kitchen £30 for the first 3 hours, £8 per hour thereafter
Classroom and Kitchen £25 for the first 3 hours, £7 per hour thereafter

Meeting Room

Seating capacity of the main Meeting room is 50 persons theatre layout. There is a hearing loop fitted in the Meeting Room. This room is suitable for various different uses because of its size, high ceiling, decor and its tranquility. Most common uses of the room include worship, large or small meetings, interviews, training, yoga, seminars, lectures, open days and parties.













Classroom

Seating capacity of the classroom is 20-30 persons theatre layout. There is also a piano in the room. This room is ideal for boardroom style meetings, which can seat up to 14 around the tables. Most common uses of the room include training, small meetings, boardroom meetings, interviews, dining area for parties, mother and toddler group. It has a door, which leads straight into the pleasant garden.



Kitchen

The kitchen is strictly not suitable for food preparation. Small cooker available for warming up food only. There is also a small fridge, an urn, a kettle, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, jugs and tea towels. Groups cater for their own meetings. Cupboard space can be allocated to regular users subject to availability.

Lecture Aids

An overhead projector (OHP) with screen, flipchart and flipchart pad are available for hire. Please book in advance

Cancellation Policy

We require two weeks notice for any cancellation after which time there is a 100% charge.

For block bookings we require 4 weeks notice after which time cancellation charges apply - less than 4 weeks notice there is a 50% charge and less than 2 weeks notice there is a 100% charge.
